With over two decades of specialized experience in yacht painting and refinishing, Junior’s career began in 2002 at the age of 19. He started at Classic Yacht (now Pinmar USA), where he trained under some of the industry’s most skilled marine painters. Early in his career, he was entrusted with the preparation and painting of superyachts ranging from over 150 feet to 250 feet, gaining hands-on expertise in high-performance marine coatings.

In 2006, seeking to expand his technical knowledge and career growth, Junior joined Pipe Welders Marine—a leader in the fabrication of towers, hardtops, lighting systems, and marine consoles. There, he was responsible for high-volume production painting, refining his technique through the completion of approximately 220 hardtops annually. This role significantly contributed to improvements in both output and finish quality.

In 2013, Junior transitioned to a role as Project Painter at Rybovich Marine, one of the most respected names in yacht service and refit. Known for his precision and consistency, he quickly earned recognition as a top performer within the department, widely regarded for producing superior results with minimal error.

In 2016, Junior was invited to return to Pipe Welders Marine with an enhanced compensation package. He rejoined the team and once again delivered outstanding work, reinforcing his reputation for excellence.

By 2018, equipped with over 16 years of industry experience and a deep commitment to craftsmanship, Junior established Junior’s P Yacht Refinishing. Today, the company stands as a testament to his dedication, skill, and passion for the marine industry.
